Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Administrasi Harian Pekerja Sawit PT. Sintang Raya Berbasis Web

Palm oil is one of the plantation commodities that plays a strategic role in Indonesia's economic development. PT. Sintang Raya, as a palm oil plantation company, plays an important role in meeting global demand for palm oil products. Its operations involve various types of employees in daily activities, such as field workers and office staff. However, the process of recording daily administrative reports is still not computerized, with data being manually recorded on carbon copy paper forms provided by thecompany. This manual process consumes more time, wastes paper, and increases the risk of errors in data entry or data loss. As a solution, the author designed a web-based daily administrative reporting system for PT. Sintang Raya's palm oil workers to streamline data processing, ensure accuracy, and protect against data loss or damage. The methodology used in this research is the waterfall model. The system design includes Flowchart Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and UI/UX Design. Data collection methods used include observation and literature study. This design is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of PT. Sintang Raya's operations and help address existing problems.
